SHIPPING CHARGES
- Prepaid orders (online payment): Free shipping on orders above ₹499. Standard shipping charge of ₹69 on orders below ₹499.
- COD orders: ₹30 COD handling charge applicable on all orders, in addition to standard shipping charges.
- All prices on the website are inclusive of taxes.
1. Do you ship across India?
Yes. We ship across India through Delhivery and Professional Couriers. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability to your location.
2. When will my order be delivered?
We ship within 24 hours of order placement, six days a week.

3. How will I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier partner details at your registered email address and/or mobile number. Use the tracking link to follow your shipment.
4. What if I am not available at the time of delivery?
The courier partner will attempt delivery twice. If delivery is unsuccessful on both attempts, the shipment will be returned to us. Please contact us at sales@friszon.com or WhatsApp 9500095444 if you need to reschedule.
5. What if I provided a wrong address or phone number?
Please contact us immediately at sales@friszon.com or WhatsApp 9500095444 before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
6. What is your refund and return policy?
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason — including after opening the pouch — email us at sales@friszon.com or WhatsApp 9500095444 within 7 days of delivery. We will process a full refund. No questions asked.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank account details when contacting us.
7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Contact us at sales@friszon.com or WhatsApp 9500095444 within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will send a replacement or process a full refund immediately.
8. Is COD available?
Yes, across India. A ₹30 COD handling charge is applicable at checkout. You can avoid this by paying via UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking. Prepaid orders are also typically dispatched faster.
