We sell only what we would confidently eat ourselves. That is not a marketing line. It is the operating principle behind every batch we make.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How we make our products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Small batch only.<\/strong>&nbsp;Every product is roasted in 5\u20137 kg batches. We do not stockpile. We do not produce in advance and store. Every batch leaves our kitchen within 10 days of roasting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No bulk manufacturing.<\/strong>&nbsp;We do not use contract manufacturers or outsourced production facilities. Every product is made in-house, by people we know, using the same process every time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hand-roasted ingredients.<\/strong>&nbsp;Our podis and ready mixes are hand-roasted \u2014 not machine-processed at volume. The roasting is done in open kadais, the same way it has always been done in South Indian kitchens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No preservatives, no palm oil, no artificial additives.<\/strong>&nbsp;Our products contain no added preservatives, no palm oil, no anti-caking agents, no MSG, no artificial colours, and no flavour enhancers. Ingredient lists are on every product page and every pouch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hygiene standards at our kitchen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All preparation and packaging done in a clean, dry, enclosed kitchen space<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Food-grade packaging only \u2014 no reuse of containers or pouches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All products sealed and packaged immediately after roasting and cooling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dry spoon policy enforced at all stages \u2014 no moisture contact with products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regular cleaning and sanitisation of all equipment and surfaces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No cross-contamination between product batches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Packaging and shelf life<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All products are packed in food-safe, airtight standup pouches with zip-lock closures. Manufacture date and best-before date are printed on every pouch. Shelf life varies by product \u2014 refer to individual product pages for exact shelf life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>FSSAI Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Friszon is a registered food business under the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India.
