We only sell what we would eat ourselves. If something doesn&#8217;t meet that standard for you \u2014 for any reason \u2014 we want to fix it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not believe in asking customers to prove that a product was bad before giving them their money back. If you reached out, something went wrong. That&#8217;s enough for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Eligibility for Refund<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are eligible for a full refund if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are not satisfied with the product for any reason<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product arrived damaged or in poor condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The wrong product was delivered to you<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product did not arrive within the expected delivery window<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are no exceptions to this list. Opened pouches are eligible. Partially consumed products are eligible. No photographic proof is required unless the issue is a damaged or incorrect item (see Section 4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. How to Request a Refund<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contact us within&nbsp;<strong>7 days of the delivery date<\/strong>&nbsp;through either of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Email:<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:sales@friszon.com\">sales@friszon.com<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 include your order number, the product name, and a brief description of the issue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>WhatsApp:<\/strong>\u00a09500095444 \u2014 send your order number and we will take it from there<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not require you to return the product. You keep what you received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. We will process the transfer within 5\u20137 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Razorpay (our payment gateway) processes all online refunds. The exact credit timeline depends on your bank \u2014 most refunds appear within 5 business days though some banks may take up to 7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Damaged or Incorrect Products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you received a product that was damaged in transit or if the wrong product was delivered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact us at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:sales@friszon.com\">sales@friszon.com<\/a>\u00a0or WhatsApp 9500095444\u00a0<strong>within 48 hours<\/strong>\u00a0of delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will dispatch a replacement or process a full refund \u2014 your choice \u2014 within 1 business day of verification<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Non-Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your order was not delivered within the expected window and tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, contact us at&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:sales@friszon.com\">sales@friszon.com<\/a>&nbsp;or WhatsApp 9500095444. We will investigate with the courier partner and either:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Arrange re-dispatch of the order, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process a full refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not hold customers responsible for courier delays outside our control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Before dispatch:<\/strong>&nbsp;Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if you contact us before the order has been dispatched. Email&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:sales@friszon.com\">sales@friszon.com<\/a>&nbsp;or WhatsApp 9500095444 with your order number. We dispatch within 24 hours of order placement, so please contact us as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>After dispatch:<\/strong>&nbsp;Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you may still request a refund under our standard 7-day refund policy once you receive the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>COD orders:<\/strong>&nbsp;COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Refusing a COD delivery at the door after dispatch does not automatically trigger a refund \u2014 please contact us and we will resolve it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following are not eligible:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders where an incorrect delivery address was provided by the customer resulting in non-delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are no other exclusions. We do not exclude opened products, partially used products, or products you simply did not like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8.
