Peas Pulao Meal Kit


  1. Oil with ghee
  2. Spices
  3. Paste (salt added)
  4. Green Peas
  5. Basmati Rice
  6.  Mint, Coriander & Green Chilies

Note: Oil provided is suggested for optimal taste. You may alter the amount of oil according to your requirements.

Pre-Prep: Wash mint, coriander & green chillies. Chop mint and coriander roughly. Slit green chillies.

  1. Wash rice and soak it in water (for every 1 cup of rice add 1.5 cups of water), leave it undisturbed.
  2. Heat oil/ghee mixture in a pressure cooker (3 litres) between medium to high heat for 1 minute.
  3. Add spices, green chillies and leave the cooker undisturbed for 30 secs.
  4. Add paste, mint & coriander and sauté for 2 minutes.
  5. Add peas and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  6. Add the soaked rice along with water to the mixture.
  7. Mix it, check the taste and add salt accordingly.
  8. Bring the mixture to boil and close the lid, put the weight (whistle). Leave it for 2 minutes.
  9. Keep in low heat and allow to cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
  10. Turn off the stove and leave until pressure releases automatically.
  11. Open the lid and mix gently before serving.
