Malabar Veg Stew Meal Kit


  1. Oil
  2. Coconut Milk Powder
  3. Paste (salt added)
  4. Spices
  5. Vegetables
  6. Curry Leaves & Green Chilies

Note: Oil provided is suggested for optimal taste. You may alter the amount of oil according to your requirements.

Pre-Prep: Wash Green Chilly & Coriander. Slit green chilly.

  1. Heat oil in a pan/kadai on medium to high heat for 1 minute.
  2. Add spices and green chillies. Leave it for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the paste and sauté for 1 minute. (Sprinkle some water if paste sticks to the bottom).
  4. Add vegetables and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  5. Dilute 1⁄2 of the coconut milk powder from the pack with 2 cups of water (500ml).
  6. Pour into kadai, mix, add salt if required and cook for 10-12 minutes on medium to high heat.
  7. Dilute remaining coconut milk powder with 1⁄2 cup (100ml) of water.
  8. Keep on low heat. Add the diluted mixture, curry leaves and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Turn off the stove
